My UL flights all posted approx 10 days after the flight. No problems despite using UL's upgrade bid system, which has the happy side effect of getting you business class points rather than the class you originally paid for.

For my roundtrip CMB-COK-CMB flights, booked directly with UL, as soon as I entered my QFF number they automatically showed up in my QFF account. Not so with CMB-KUL, which was a codeshare (MH number, UL metal) but still all showed up OK. Can't recall what booking system they use though.
