I used option #2, and got the we cannot help, we will reply in a week thing. I called in and they said they cannot help me today. They made it clear that I was not denied but that they cannot help till Monday. I never had this, is this because I have opened too many cards with them? 10 since last year and all of them were auto approved. I have three open now, one I paid for and am keeping and two that I will be closing soon??
