Was hoping to get instantly approved and apply for Barclays 50k US Airways offer (had application ready)..
Update:wasn't given an app id number, called 800-695-5171, rep looked up by my phone number approved and confirmed 50K offer
Given the fact that i got low credit 5K (without asking for it), should I go ahead with US airways? Or it doesn't have a value anymore since going to be merged wit AAdvantage?

Applied for two today (1 for me and 1 for my wife).
We both got this message despite auto approvals in the past. Did online chat with one and things looked good and then at the end they still gave this message. I called credit analyst tonight and he said that another department had to clear before he could. I got out of him what dept. The fraud dept. They don't have a number to call and once they are done he said he could approve.
