You can change the credit card at check in and just say you left your company one at home -- one line that might work is I don't normally carry it with me because I'm afraid I might pull out the wrong one when I buy something at a store.
Companies that require booking with the company card often require paying with it (in order for the company to pay/reimburse the expense).
