Address at EWR for sending token of thanks
Last year, I had a big once-in-a-lifetime type of award trip booked in F and J. Long story short, I arrived at the gate for a LH J flight just a minute or two after they closed the door. No amount of sweet talking would get them to let me on. They directed me to the UA transfer desk for help (though it is unclear whether I should have been directed to LH or UA check-in desks).
An amazing agent at the transfer desk, despite it not being her responsibility, worked magic with a help-desk colleague in Houston. I've already sent compliment emails, but I wanted to send a token of thanks to them (e.g. chocolates). I got her full name and the name of the agent in Houston.
Do I just address it to her referencing UA at the EWR street address? Or is there another way I should go about it?
Same question for Houston-- how do I send something there?
