Edit: I've looked into the Citi cards and since I can't book my stays using the card it looks like that's not a good option. Maybe I can sweet talk our booking person.
Well hold on there. One of them might be worth it. Just by possessing the Citi HHonors Reserve card, you get Gold status. That's good for occasional upgrades, sometimes Executive Lounge access and free breakfasts at many Hilton properties. You don't even have to pay for the hotel stay with the Citi card.
