All the trainers taking the training courses have been trained by the police. We use the same methods as used by the police when using these restraint techniques.

That's really good to know! I do hope however, that you are trained to use restraint techniques and not the handcuffs themselves for pain compliance (it's considered torture under the European Convention on Human Rights)
