A340-600 with Premium Economy -- best economy seat

I will be flying on an A340-600 (HKG-MUC) where economy class starts in row 31, i.e. it should be equipped with PE: http://www.lufthansa.com/mediapool/p...1605747479.pdf

Does anyone know how the first row behind PE should be? More leg room or confined by a wall? I've snatched 35D (aisle, middle block).
