I can't recall a flight in the last few years where my bag hasn't been one of the first off the plane at YYZ (or FLL, PBI, MCO for that matter).

In MCO 10 days ago all 3 bags came off first - our driver was taking us to the elevator before the non-priority bags even showed for a full 767. Returning to YYZ this week all bags were on the carousel before we made it to the luggage hall (and we were the first ones through).

The priority luggage service (whether it's the tags or the barcode) appears to be working as intended on the days and times that I fly (weekends outbound, late evenings return).
