I know that YYZ is a big airport and it's not fair to compare my checked baggage experience at YQR this week. Got off plane, got rental car, got bag. Waited 5 seconds at the carousel.

Anyone know the average length of the baggage tracks vs. HKG, LHR, etc (not sure if comparing apples to apples)? Is the wait at YYZ justified?

*Unless used for manual spotting by baggage attendants as IIRC from our resident Dr.
