Account is owned by Chase Bank USA, N.A., a subsidiary of
JPMorgan Chase & Co and may be serviced by its affiliates.
You need to call them and ask for the credit to be reimbursed. Tell them that documentation was never needed in the past and is not mentioned in the T&C of the card so therefore you didn't realize you had to save receipts. This worked for me in the past as well as others here on the thread.
