My time is worth any false sense of worth provided by an airline marketing program. Billable time is X00 per hour. Multiply that by connections and extra segments, and another AAirline becomes an extremely-expensive proposition for anyone.....unless that person isn't a business traveler or someone just traveling on trust fund cash.
I get paid for travel time. Plus, I have purchased Gogo, on my own nickel, since its inception. Sometimes I actually do other work while traveling.
Edited to add that I'm getting paid to fly right now and am on Gogo.
