We stayed at the HP recently. A typical HP - same room setup, same food, same amenities as any othe solid HP. They have a bit of a weird parking layout - main lot is at the ground level, mostly behind the hotel (nothing in front), and the overflow lot at a level below (looks to be shared with an office building.

We used it just for one night as a springboard for our ski trip at the Park City so I can't comment on the surroundings and things/places within walking distance.
