I've a flight to YYZ on the 6th April (BA97) and its a 777. My window of opportunity to purchase the exit seats opens on the 23rd. I shall see what happens then...

Can you tell me if the emergency exit slide eats into the legroom of the window seat? Am looking at seat 26 A or K.
