No beach for this property but it separated sea with small road and footpath.

Very good staff and pretty good food, but outdated property that had been cut in half when it was sold. The Sheraton half has no sea view from most villas or common area of the hotel. You must exit the property to see the sea, which has nothing to write home about on that part of the shore.
Down the road, there are a couple of boutique hotels that have a real beach and seem to be quite pleasant.
The large pool, that has a sea (and road) view went to the other half of the property (Evason Hua Hin).
The GM is the same as the Westin Grande Sukhumvit and the Sheraton Hua Hin.
Ah okay - thanks for the overview. I know there is a separate thread for the Sheraton Hua Hin, how does the Pranburi Villas compare to the Sheraton (which has Lagoon rooms but none with club access) at the pricepoint I'm looking at.
