Is Las Vegas Hotel booking using Avios Includes the Resort fee

Hi,
I'm new to this forum, I'm a BA GGL living in Israel.
I wondered if anyone booked a hotel in Las Vegas using Avios, does it include the annoying 30$-45$/Day "RESORT FEE".
