No idea, she first asked my #, I told her, she said it's on the system (#1)
but I told her I didn't get the points, my monthly statement showed #0
she puts me on hold and came back to say they've updated the OTHER system (#2) and I should see it next statement
I asked if there are only 2 systems, she said there's more, but system #2 fix should be good enough
