Hello I hope this is a good place to ask this. Just googled virgin America forum and this place popped up. I’ve never flown before (medical, personal reasons) but I have to go see a relative. I bought my tickets but when I went to select my seating all the seats where grayed out except the seats that cost money. I assumed a seat is covered with the price of the ticket. Does this mean I have to pay for the seats? This is probably a very stupid question and I apology. I thank anyone who answers this.
