First, I have not yet booked LAX-SAN yet. There is a flight with an appx. 2 hour layover. Is this enough time to connect? Otherwise will have to take an early morning service with a very long layover.

Second, is there an inter-airport shuttle that can get us from the commuter terminal to Terminal 2 or do we have to go landslide to Terminal 2 and re clear security?

Finally, will checked bags be tagged all the way to NRT from LAX when connecting AA to JAL or do we need to get our bags at baggage claim at SAN and recheck?

Thank you, as always.
1. 2 hours is enough time to connect.
2. There is a shuttle from the commuter terminal to T2 via landside - you have to re-clear security.
3. AA should be able to check your bags all the way through.

Cheers.
