The Moderators for The Coupon Connection Forum are
Spiff and
wharvey. But be aware one's longevity and post count are minimum levels of qualification - but I keep seeing "contributive" posts being discussed.
That means "drive by" posts a member makes in a thread s/he is not engaged in, posts with merely a brief comment, a flurry of posts that seem random and uninvolved in a short time period, etc. referred to on FlyerTalk as "post padding" are likely to be indicative of a "post run" and are likely to lead to being masked from TCC Forum.
As well, Administrators can reset a member's post count (reduce it) if it appears the member is making many non-contributive posts / a "post run" for TCC access. E.g. 180 can easily be reset to, say, 80.
Reading the wiki post at the top of this thread can provide a lot of insight about The Coupon Connection, it's purpose and requirements for admission.
Those denied access may request reconsideration no sooner than after ninety days have elapsed from their denial.

CC is a "bonus" for contributing members.
Eligible active members (two basic criteria are 180 days of being a FlyerTalk member and having 180 or more contributive posts) will be able to see The Coupon Connection in their FlyerTalk Forums list under the Community title. [/hl]If you can not see this Forum, you are ineligible to participate in it[/hl].
FT members will have to assent to abide by the new Rules prior to being granted access. (N.B. The Coupon Connection access is not a right; it is a it is a privilege that is granted for active participation and contribution to FlyerTalk, and at least 180 days of membership and 180 contributive posts. A person's "post count" is just one index of his or her experience on and commitment to FlyerTalk.)
