Have you verified that your ticket is the same spelling as your AAdvantage acct?
I have verified that all my contact information matches. I even cancelled the ticket and repurchased it, still have the same problem. Alaska CS wasn't able to fix it either, then said my contact information doesn't match, but it does.
I'm also able to add my AAdvantage number to my Alaska Airlines account - just not to my ticket.
