Okay, I've gotta ask b/c I may have overlooked it...

Do I need to get a visa to visit Rio? If so, do I get it before departing or can I get it at the airport in Houston or Brazil? If I need it, how long does it take to get?

Forgive me, as I've never gone internationally before other than Mexico and Canada...just got my passport last week.

Yes, I am glad I mentioned it. After traveling for years in Asia and Europe, the Visa was a shocker. I was going to go to Rio for Easter last minute on a MR. I was in Denver at the time and I just could not get the Visa before the trip was to start.. Also, the Visa removed the incentive of it being a Mileage Run.
