Flew with my roommate (non-elite) on SEA-MCI a few months ago. His AAdvantage acct. has his name misspelled, so it didn't match the name on his AS ticket, giving us the error you indicated.

Have you verified that your ticket is the same spelling as your AAdvantage acct?
