AA: Less than 1/2 of their partners can be booked online.
US: Until the AA merger you could not book a single international partner via their website
DL: Until recently a majority of partners had to be booked over the phone. More and more partners have been added to the website in recent months, not without multiple issues and glitches. Even on the DL forum its suggested to use third party sites to find availability.
