well that went down hill fast.
plat treatment has all but disappeared. every time i check in i have to open the app, show them available rooms for my stay and then they reluctantly switch me.
So this week GM left a note in my room, very standard, but had his email so i emailed him asking about this.
Shocker. 2 days and no response. Despite them leaving his card out for guests.
shameful.
