How about BKK-KKC (Khon Kaen) The full Y fare is THB2910 (USD$70 AUD$110) return. You can complete four round trips each on Saturdays and Sundays:

TG040 BKK-KKC 06:45-07:40
TG041 KKC-BKK 08:30-09:25

TG042 BKK-KKC 10:30-11:25
TG043 KKC-BKK 12:05-13:00

TG044 BKK-KKC 14:00-14:55
TG045 KKC-BKK 15:35-16:30

TG046 BKK-KKC 18:45-19:40
TG047 KKC-BKK 20:25-21:20

Even if you did one full day of travel BKK-KKC, plus SYD-MEL-BKK-SYD, that would give you eleven segments.
