I'll play... I'm going with my gut reaction to the title... Conrad Rangali! Since I work 9 - 3PM EST, I believe that would be 5 - 11 PM IOT. I'll take my normal lunch time for dinner and enjoy my mornings and early afternoons at the beach.

I guess the more practical option would have been my second spot, Costa Rica.
