Just see an example BOS-SFO-PVG round-trip. In the past, any 1K would earn about 35000 RDM.

Effective March 1, you need to pay roughly $3300 to earn 35000 RDM.

I did some random checking. $3300 is higher than M fare.
Lowest business class fare I see on that flight is $4,750 so a 1k would get well over 50,000 RDM. Roughly 50% gain in RDM. Sounds like a good deal to me.
