I put ~$10k in 2 months through Citibank payments and red bird loads.
Something like this happened to me about a year or two back, I called and emailed and it still won't work. After a week or so, I just gave up, especially I was quite busy among other stuff in my life than MS. Then a month or two passed, it worked again without any hint -- I vaguely remember that I was just using it by accident. Not sure why but it was definitely not 2 business days as they promised over the phone...
