So i search on the MAV Ticket Site for that Train but i cant book it.
Mav Sell only Bud -> Szob
and the SK Sell only Sturovo -> Bratislava hl.st.
Is there anyway to get a Full ticket?

Szob is the last station in Hungary; Sturovo-Bratislava is in Slovakia, so you're trying to book an international ticket, not a national one.
