11 Hours In Singapore

Hey all experienced mile-runners. I am taking up one of the bargain flights to Singapore this month and wanted to know what you all would do to kill 11 hours there.

Should I go into the city (it'll be during the day) or should I just stay in the airport hotel and sleep.

If I go into the city, what is the best way to get there and what should I do with my luggage.
