I did it yesterday. Can you provide a bit more detail about your trip? What airlines are involved? Where was it booked?
I seem to have trouble pulling tickets booked via DL reservations that are solely on DL metal. However, I can pull up itineraries only on DL metal if they were booked via a 3rd party (still 006 stock, booked by TA).
Routing is EU > USA, booked on KL/DL metal, booked via Delta, all Delta coded flights.
Good to know that maybe all tickets don't show up -- just tickets matching certain criteria
