Its all justified in the cause of getting better products to us. In the meantime are they getting better? Personally Im fed up with someone meddling with my personal account preferences specifically seating preference. Not sure why but a 3 times over 2 years I need to go into my account and select 'window' as it seems to reset to 'none'.
Why are these settings defaulting to 'none'- I always have a preference!
Could it be that this is a better product for BA rather than for me..
