I've sent Etihad help a message on Saturday and 4 days later no reply. Called today and agent swears he doesn't have access. Also told there's nobody I can call to do this? I have a 4+ hr drive and want to check in online. I know they redo it at the gate. But I've been stopped from getting to the gate once in the past because it was 1:55 and had to check in 2 hrs ahead of time and didn't have the ticket in hand to get past security. With ORD I plan to leave early but if traffic or accident delays am I in trouble.
I was able to get mine in the system but my wife was listed 1st and after I put # in the next 3 drop downs are blank when I try to open them?

Is there any way to trick it into opening? Thanks
