Particularly annoying this. A10 may be a sub-optimal gate but at least it's a very short walk from security or the lounges. B36 seems to take the mick. Particularly first thing in the morning when A10 is empty.

Incidentally you can tell when they are going to do this: if the Passenger Information Screens says at about 17:00 something like "Gate will close at 17:20" - where departure is 17:40 - then it's a bus. A jetty gets Open/Boarding/Closing.
