I'm trying to help my Mom rebook her flight- there is a travel advisory and the rebooking tool is open for her YHZ to TPA departure tomorrow March 18- however when I log in for her with her booking ref etc to rebook I get an error that it's not available and phone the 1-800 line- she is AC rouge flight could this be why or just a website error? I've always had great luck rebooking as I always have AE rewards and just phone AE- never used the AC tool before- this is a paid revenue fair! Trying to her her into Toronto tonight and into TPA tomorrow but only showing BC seats so looking at a Montreal overnight if that won't work. Nova Scotia just got a blizzard Sun/Mon and another doozie coming tonight 30+ Cm!!!
