I noticed last fall that there was a lot of construction on the second floor, so they may have moved the office.

Just got mine a week ago...

Went to the building next to Emirates Holidays and got my card in like 15 mins....

I didn't really know how to use it.. the thing kept asking me to 'insert coupon'... so I put my BP in but it still didn't work... then 5 people came to help me..
