There you go! Capitainetrain has been a snap so far for my French TGV and Thalys tickets. Very easy to use site!
I have used the bahn.de website directly before (very good English), and used a US credit card no problem. But you have to make sure to take the credit card with you to show when you present your eTickets.
It doesn't look like capitainetrain.com print-at-home e-tickets have the same constraint in terms of presenting the credit card you used to buy the ticket. You must give your name that matches your ID - that is what will be checked.
