It's been a few months, so I'm wondering if anyone has had prolonged use with this.

I love the concept, but I'm a little hesitant to try it out. I'm not sure if anyone is watching DNS traffic activity, but it seems possible that they might notice 100kbps traffic on port 53 and get suspicious. If the service provider (SWA, Boingo, Hilton, etc.) wanted to, they could subpoena your ISP to find out who you are (since you'd have to run a DNS tunnel server at home, work, etc.), and file a lawsuit for misuse of their service. Maybe it's a bit farfetched, but it certainly seems plausible.

Has anyone used this for an extended period of time? If so, did it keep working and did you ever have any consequences?
