I wouldn't risk that connection - in Chicago you can *easily* wait for over an hour in immigration, and a nerve-wracking 90 minutes dashing through an unfamiliar airport isn't going to be a nice start to the vacation. Why not book an overnight in Chicago? It's a great city!
