I have some miles on 3 airlines as seen below and cannot figure out the best ways to combine/transfer before their expiry dates. I am in the market for a credit card and will be getting the Sapphire pfd at some point this summer. Can anyone offer the best advice/strategies? I've looked a lot of places and cannot figure this out. I know the Sapphire allows transfer to Korean Air but that's about it. Can I transfer my Turkish miles to United since sapphire allows united transfers? I currently have a Chase Freedom card and Amex blue card
I do not use. Any advice here would be great.

Emirates-18,000 expiry 12/31/16
Korean Air-13,500 expiry 2022
