The A319 has no bins (unless domestic, JER or AMS). The front galley is freezing, the rear only has half a galley. 2 toilets. Tight legroom and smaller seats in CE. Some cubby holes at the front for bits and pieces.

The A320 (LGW) has no bulkhead at the front, so no privacy if crew want something to eat and/or sit down for a bit. Pax have a tendency to bang their heads on the front overhead locker. No cubby holes to put stuff in, we don't even have a safe place to put our handbags. Front galley is cold, as is row 1. Tight legroom and narrower seats.

I could go on, but I won't bore you too much
It has gone full circle! I remember when flying GBairways for a client in GIB (on an almost twice weekly basis at one point) that the crew hated the 737 and couldn't wait for the 320s to arrive! They almost all commented on it. Some said they prefered the older 200 to the 3/400s they had at the time.
