Yes it does. The 737 has better legroom, a wardrobe, quite a few cubby holes for bits and pieces, 3 toilets, the galleys are warmer and she has proper CE seats. She's the queen of the skies.
The A319 has no bins (unless domestic, JER or AMS). The front galley is freezing, the rear only has half a galley. 2 toilets. Tight legroom and smaller seats in CE. Some cubby holes at the front for bits and pieces.
The A320 (LGW) has no bulkhead at the front, so no privacy if crew want something to eat and/or sit down for a bit. Pax have a tendency to bang their heads on the front overhead locker. No cubby holes to put stuff in, we don't even have a safe place to put our handbags. Front galley is cold, as is row 1. Tight legroom and narrower seats.
