All of a sudden the IC Singapore stopped giving out drink vouchers to elites. I asked why and was told that it was to align with the new IHG standard. I was rather surprised at this statement since I just received a drink coupon a couple days ago at the IC HKG, as well as some HI's in Europe. So we went back and forth on this and I think manager I was speaking to wasn't sure if it was an IC only thing or all of IHG. Then I told her that very few IC's give out drink coupons. The IC HKG does for sure, but I can't think of too many others. She was rather surprised to hear this. So I'm not sure what this means other than the fact that the IC Singapore has stopped giving out vouchers for the Victoria. bar.
