I've not dined at Nobu or Spoon, but I have dined at both YTH and Harborside a few times. The harbourview from Harbourside (excellent buffet place) is just great. However, YTH is on the eastern end of the hotel and I don't remember it having the full-on view towards the skyscrapers of Wanchai and Central. In fact, I just went back and looked at the photos from our last visit there a few months ago. We had a window-side table and much of the view out of the window in the background shows the construction zone next door. Maybe some window tables there are better than others. But if view is the priority and you're okay with trying all sorts of food (dim sum, seafood, western) in buffet setting, then I'd recommend Harbourside.

I think that's where our HK friend goes sometimes. The dim sum there is supposed to be excellent. Sadly, I've not been invited.
