I flew first from EWR-DFW last week, and they only had one meal option - roast beef. It was fine, but I was rather surprised there was only one option for everyone.

The FA was somewhat apologetic about it, making a joke - "We have roast beef, or roast beef."

Also, no PDBs have ever been offered to me on AA. Just FWIW.
