If it's any consolation I found the satellite internet on my Etihad flight last week to be about as useless as WN's. I had pretty much the same problems that are described here re: WN.

I realize satellite internet is inherently slow and laggy just by the nature of the tech but it's really obnoxious when you are just outright losing connection or getting incomplete pages.
