12A is a fine seat, great privacy and no noise from the galley. The only down side I see is that meal service is from back to front- if that is a concern for you you might want a quick meal and max sleep/rest on your redeye. I never ran into a situation where they ran out of meal choices like on UA domestic F but that might just be me, not sure if they come around to ask in the order of FF status.
