Just rephrasing ops own title but reversing the direction of fault to reflect in ops own title style
i still don't see how it is my fault when they cancelled my reservation months ago without contacting me. In any case glad my issue was resolved and was finally explained to me. Hope you never have the same issue but if you ever do than maybe this post will shed some light on it...
