Then again, I was on business and the company was paying the tax, so it didn't cost me anything.
I think I mentioned that on the original thread I posted about the topic. I got the skip the line at BOG as well, but I also walk quickly through the airport and I was in J so I would've been one of the first there after flying IAH-BOG overnight anyway.

I do wanna ask though, were you on the YYZ-BOG flight? I'll be on that in Y in May and I wanna know how bad the line is. When at least 50% of the people need to go over there, I really wonder. She processed me, but the dumb part is then they sent me over to the regular line agents as well, I skipped the line, but why can't she just do the whole thing? I would hope they open up more than 1-2 desks as well after the YYZ arrival cuz I think it'll be a mess.

Also I'm waiting to fly into MDE the next time and see if they catch it. I'm assuming they will, but since there's no direct Canada-MDE flights I wonder how many people they actually get. So the next time I go PTY-MDE I'm gonna see what happens, the other thing is, no one checks for your PLATINUM receipt on the way out of the country and I was told you don't need to keep it, so if inbound customs forgets, then you're off scot free.
